WHY THIS MATTERS NOW
Communication habits used to go unchallenged.
Language that was passive, unclear, or unintentionally offensive was often overlooked- usually favouring a particular demographic, while others had to adapt.
Today, expectations are changing. We want workplaces where everyone feels respected, but that doesn’t happen automatically. How can people communicate differently if no one has shown them how?
Our workshops and one-to-one sessions focus on inclusive language, widening perspective, and reframing intentions- so participants not only express themselves clearly, but also consider how their words land with others.
All forms of communication are covered: text, email, face to face (including “water cooler” conversations) and video.
With a creative background and extensive experience of diverse groups of people, our work is really suited to innovative, people-faced organisations who want to strengthen collaboration, nurture inclusive cultures, and reduce friction caused by miscommunication.
HOw i work with your team
With a background in theatre and education, my approach is engaging, nurturing, and practical. And while I call them “workshops,” don’t worry- there’s no awkward role play. Instead, participants are given strategies and ideas, and together we create an agreed set of “rules of communication” that fit your workplace.
Inclusivity is at the heart of everything I do. My DEI focus means that everyone learns to communicate in a way that makes colleagues feel unique without being “othered.”
I also bring formal expertise. My Level 7 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring for Senior Leaders (ILM) gives me the tools to work at a corporate level, but in practice, I find the most lasting results come when we look at the human being behind the role. That’s where transformation happens - benefiting both individuals and organisations at a deeper level.
This blend of performance, education and leadership coaching means sessions are as engaging as they are practical- combining energy and creativity with grounded, proven methods.

Typical pricing for one off programmes:
£500 per full day
£300 per half day (3 hours / one workshop)
Hourly coaching rate -£100
Price includes pre-session planning, a customised agenda, and a post-session evaluation to ensure lasting impact
Workshops can be delivered as stand-alone sessions or form part of a longer programme designed to embed lasting change.
